Investors invest directly in start-ups and SMEs via the financing platform Investormatch, part of De Breed & Partners. The platform has no less than 650+ screened informal investors. In addition, Investormatch has many years of experience in optimizing business plans and presentations, which will help you find growth financing options.

Conditions

You are eligible for informal investing if you meet the following conditions:

• You realize revenue
• You have an innovative product that sets you apart
• You will use the investment to implement your growth strategy
• You need an amount of at least €50,000
• You offer the investor the option to be a shareholder

You can finance in three ways

1. Active Matching
The name says it all. With active matching, we actively look for an informal investor that fits your company. First of all, we will help you write a pitch which is then delivered across the Investormatch network. You will also have the opportunity to present your pitch during the investor meeting in Amsterdam or Eindhoven. These informal meetings have already led to various successful collaborations, such as jewelry label, The Boyscouts and maritime platform, Onboard.

2. Pitching for Investors
When you choose this option you first attend a pitch training session at Investormatch’s office in Amsterdam. You can present investors your proposition during the meeting. You can also place your pitch online, on the part of the website that is only accessible to premium investors.

3. Online pitch
You only want to place your proposition on our website? No problem! Then choose an online pitch. We place your pitch on the closed part of our website. Premium investors who have access to this receive a weekly email with new and open pitches.

Cost

Curious about what we charge for our services? Below you will find an overview of our prices:

• We charge €2,500 for active matching. Your pitch ticket for the investor meeting is included.
• Pitching during an investor meeting costs €750.
• We charge €500 for placing your proposition on our platform.

In addition to these costs, we charge a 3% success fee on the capital raised on the first €500,000 and 1.25% on the remaining amount.
