Your privacy is of great importance to De Breed & Partners B.V. For that reason, we comply with the privacy law. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly. In this privacy statement we explain what we do at the service https://www.debreed.nl/en with the information that we acquire about you.

Purpose of data processing

Your personal data is processed by De Breed & Partners B.V. for the purpose of entering into and executing agreements for services with De Breed & Partners B.V. These agreements mainly concern the provision of services in the field of subsidies and (innovation) funding. To optimise these services, your data can also be used to improve the services of De Breed & Partners B.V. and to manage the relationship with the customer. Data minimisation is always the guiding principle in this regard.

Portal access

Our portal gives you access to a management environment where you can set up, specify and change things for the service yourself. We keep track of what you have done and when, so that there is evidence of this.

For this, we use your name and address details, payment details, telephone number, date of birth, email address and gender. We do this based on your consent. We keep this information for six months after the end of the provision of service to you.

Statistics and profiling

We keep statistics about the use of our website. With these statistics we improve our service, for example to only show you information that is relevant to you. We can combine your personal data to find out more about you. Naturally, we will respect your privacy at all times. If you do not want this, you can always notify us of this.

We use your name and address details for this. We do this based on your consent. We keep this information for the duration of our service provision, but for at least one year.

Customer data can also be used to improve the customer relationship. Examples of this include communicating with existing customers about new products and services.

Contact form and newsletter

You can use the contact form to ask us questions or make requests.

We use your email address, telephone number and name and address details for this. We do this based on your consent. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response.

You can also register for our newsletter. Here you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Your email address is automatically added to the list of subscribers. This data is kept until you cancel the subscription.

Advertising

We would like to send you advertising material about offers and new products or services. We do this:

  • via social media

You can object to this advertising at any time. Each email contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the unsubscribe option.

Disclosure to other companies or institutions

De Breed & Partners B.V. may pass on your personal data to its clients, subcontractors (for example, data processors) who provide services or perform assignments on its behalf, suppliers, government agencies and other business relations. And in all other cases in which we may be obligated to do so, for example by a court order (for example if the police so requires in the event of suspicion of a crime) or a court ruling.

The disclosure of the personal data takes place based on a legitimate interest, legal obligation and/or for the execution of the agreement in accordance with the purposes as stated under “Purpose of data processing”.

Some partners are located outside the European Union. We have strict agreements with them and they must comply with European privacy law. Social media buttons are included in our service. The administrators of these services use them to collect your personal data.

Cookies

Our service uses cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information so that you do not have to fill it in every time. But they also allow us to see that you are visiting us again.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our service. We have concluded a processing agreement with Google. It contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to track. We allow Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We let Google anonymise the IP addresses.

Security

Security of personal data is very important to us. We ensure that your data is properly secured with us. We continuously adjust security and remain alert to what could go wrong. Nevertheless, if you think that data has been misused, you can contact us. In any case, we have taken the following security measures:
